I think that every person is a lifelong learner. You can't live a day without learning something unless you try very hard. Nevertheless, the presentation of the 7 1/2 Habits was interesting. Some of the habits come very naturally to me while others do not. It is enlightening to see how the habits I do not possess often become stumbling blocks to any forward progress in learning.
The habit I most often employ is #6: Use Technology to Your Advantage. With a background in computers and a lot of experience exploring the Internet, this is my favorite habit. It is mind-blowing what you can find online. There are sites that provide online dictionaries, encyclopedias, news, pop culture updates, music, books, entertainment, weather, information of all sizes, shapes, and depths. You have to consider the validity of the source for online information, but it is unlikely that you will not be able to find a site for any given subject. From hobbies to relaxation to professional needs, technology is able to serve an easily accessible answer.
On the other hand, the habit I often have trouble with is the first one: Begin with the End in Mind. I may be able to think about the end goal before I start a project, but it isn't long before the details distract me. I get upset by things that are trivial to the end goal but are present in the current situation. Losing focus on the end results in a lot of time wasted worrying about things that don't really matter. I suppose that first habit is necessary but I would add to it: Begin with and Keep the End in Mind. That makes things go smoothly and facilitates the learning process.
